• Account Information (Optional): When you sign in using social login (Google, Apple, etc.), we receive your user identifier (UID), email address, display name, and profile picture URL.
• User Content & Inventory Data: Ingredients stored in your digital fridge/pantry, expiration dates, dietary preferences, custom recipes, cooking logs, and shopping lists.
• Device & Usage Information: Device model, OS version, app version, language preference, and anonymous crash diagnostics (Firebase Crashlytics).

Your information is used strictly for the following purposes:

• To deliver tailored AI recipe recommendations and step-by-step cooking assistance.
• To synchronize your fridge inventory and meal plans seamlessly across your devices.
• To monitor app performance, fix crashes, and enhance user experience.
• To authenticate your identity and safeguard against unauthorized access.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only with essential, trusted service providers for cloud infrastructure:

• Google Firebase / Google Cloud: Authentication, cloud database synchronization, and crash reporting.
• Google Gemini AI API: Natural language recipe generation based on requested ingredients (only culinary prompts are processed; no personal profile identifiers are shared).

We retain your personal data only as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide our services. You can delete your account and all associated cloud data at any time directly in the app under [Settings] > [Delete Account]. Upon deletion, all personal data is immediately and permanently wiped from our production databases.

We apply industry-standard security practices, including TLS/HTTPS data-in-transit encryption, granular database access rules, and secure sandbox local storage to protect your personal information.

Depending on your jurisdiction (such as GDPR in Europe or CCPA/CPRA in California), you have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You may exercise these rights at any time via in-app settings or by contacting us directly.
